Free Paragraph Writing Help Tool

This tool uses Ted Conway’s mnemonic T.E.D.L. to coach students in paragraph-writing basics. The AI analyzes sentences and paragraphs, then provides feedback as a teacher would. It identifies grammar and punctuation errors, offers examples of correct sentence construction, and highlights strengths in the student’s writing.

It does not provide corrected versions of the student’s work.

Students must interact with the tool to develop a better understanding of how to improve their paragraph-writing skills.

Homeschool educators, teachers, tutors, parents, and students are welcome to use this tool for free. I look forward to hearing how you use it to help your students improve their academic writing.

*This tool is still in beta! So, if a feature doesn’t work properly, please let me know! We are currently working on fixing the translation feature.

Ted Conway
Houston English Tutor

For over a decade, I’ve worked with students whose strengths are not always reflected in their writing, reading, or spoken English.

My sessions focus on clear writing, strong reading skills, and long-term independence. I often work with multilingual learners and students who benefit from structured, step-by-step support.

I primarily work with students remotely, which allows me to provide English tutoring for learners in Houston and across the U.S. For families who need in-person sessions, Houston-area availability may be possible—please reach out to discuss options.
